Extending our series on the bulking diet

Right now we're in the process of extending the entire series on The Bulking Diet. We want to cover most of the topics that people are asking us about bulking up as a skinny guy.

Next year, we'll be opening up our Skinny To Superhero Formula coaching program which will give you all a step-by-step roadmap for building 20+ lbs as a skinny guy through healthy habits.

This program has been years in the making and went through a lot of different changes.

I’m PUMPED to announce the all-new Bulking Diet handbook is here!

What is the bulking diet handbook?

It’s a free handbook of resources that cover everything you need to know about a muscle building diet… including getting started, how many calories you need to have, how much protein, when to eat and how to fit it into your life and much more.

This new handbook contains over 30,000 words, 219+ studies, visuals, and charts. 

It took 6+ months to create and I’m so excited to have it out in the (web) world. I think it has the potential to change a lot of guys who are struggling with what to do with the bulking diet and take skinny guy’s bodies to the next level.

I’ve got plans to update this often in the upcoming weeks (the design imo is a WIP - and I plan to add an entire appendix/bonus section soon too, for everything that didn’t fit a particular chapter or wasn’t big enough to put as its own section. 

I’m super happy with how The Bulking Diet Handbook turned out.
